Policies       

Satisfaction Guarantee- If you are not satisfied with any unused item you purchased you may return the item with in 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.  For items where you had to pay shipping charges we will not refund those shipping charges unless we were at fault and made an error in your order.  If you have used the item and are still not satisfied please let us know and we will try to work out a mutual solution.

Returns- If you need to return an item please call us for a return authorization code.  When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice and information concerning the reason for returning the item and if you desire a refund or exchange.  DO NOT return items COD, they will not be accepted.  Returns without a valid reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds on special order items.

Damaged Merchandise- If your order is damaged in shipping please contact the shipper we can not help you with your claim.  The carrier will return the parts to us and when we receive  them we will reship your order.

Liability- To the best of our knowledge all items we sell are free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Should an item prove otherwise we limit our liability to the replacement of that item, once we have received the defected item.

Shipping within the continental USA-  We pay freight on all orders via UPS ground.  If you need expedited shipping or shipping via another service, you will be responsible for those charges.  We charge only actual fees.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii- UPS only provides next day air and second day service to Alaska and Hawaii.  The customer is responsible for all charges.  No COD shipments.  Customers may select another shipper other then UPS.  We can provide and assist with rate calculation and help.  Contact us for assistance.

Foreign Orders-   To avoid mistakes due to language differences, submit your order via email or phone.  Include the item desired, price, item number if available, method of payment, billing and shipping address.  Customers are responsible for foreign shipping charges.  Contact us for rates or check rates online at www.ups.com
